What makes a strong proposal

Explain the reader’s question, the central point you would make and what makes the subject distinct from coverage already available here. Keep claims proportionate, identify any expertise or interests relevant to the pitch, and avoid product promotion disguised as advice. A concise outline is more useful than a finished article at the proposal stage.
